A new residential airpark located 6 miles west of Hwy 41 just outside of Oshkosh is underway1 The target date to begin lot sales is AirVenture 2007.

This new airpark will consist of 175 acres with approximately 35 home sites. It will be a private gated community with ponds, open space and equeatrian facilities and trails.

Two parallel East-West runways are planned, one grass and the other asphalt. They will each be at least 3000'.
